Christine K. Lillo, ACP, Elder Law Paralegal
I am a Paralegal and assist in the probate and trust administration, business and elder law areas of the firm.
I graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology with a specialization in Human Resources. Prior to obtaining my bachelor’s degree, I graduated with honors from Kilian Community College with an AAS degree in legal assistant studies. I am also a Certified Paralegal with advanced certifications in Estate Planning & Probate and Business Organizations, in both Incorporated Entities and Non-Corporate Entities. I have over 25 years of experience working with estates and probates and am a past President of the South Dakota Paralegal Association. I also serve as a member of the Certifying Board for National Association of Legal Assistants, The Paralegal Association, and have served as a member of its Board of Directors. I enjoy learning and regularly seek out learning opportunities.
In my free time, I love to read and watch movies. My husband Dave and I have two sons. As a family, we enjoy travelling to warmer climates in the winter and camping in summer.
