About Madelyn

Madelyn practices in the areas of estate planning, business planning and elder law, and is dedicated to helping individuals and families secure peace of mind for the future. She takes time to understand each client’s unique situation, values, and goals. Madelyn guides clients through important decisions with clarity and empathy. She has a sincere commitment to helping others and providing sound legal strategy.

Madelyn attended South Dakota State University where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Economics with minors in Accounting and Human Resources. While at SDSU she worked in the accounting department at Daktronics.

Madelyn received her Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law. While in law school, she served as a Women in Law board member.

Outside of work, Madelyn enjoys reading, playing pickleball, attending trivia nights, and spending time with her husband and her dog, Winnie.
