Allison Holien

 As the Chief Client Operating Officer, Alli Holien plays the critical role of overseeing our client processes throughout the client journey, ensures consistent customer service standards, and implements client service initiatives. Alli manages the day-to-day operations that help ensure clients receive exceptional service, clear communication, and a seamless experience from start to finish. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and modern practice management, Alli is deeply involved in developing processes and implementing solutions that allow the firm to provide responsive, high-quality legal services with maintaining a personal connection to ensure every client feels supported, informed, and cared for. Alli has a strong customer service and business acumen having been in retail management for over a decade before switching to the legal industry. Prior to becoming the firm’s Chief Client Operating Officer, Alli served as the firm’s Director of Operations, so she has a deep understanding of how to deliver both exceptional service and be client-centered in all we do.  

Originally from Watertown, she attended The Art Institutes International Minnesota, where she studied Interior Design and Graphic Design. For the past 10 years, her career has been in retail management, where her passion for customer service truly unfolded. Nothing makes her happier than knowing clients' needs are met and that they feel genuinely cared for.

Her husband's career brought her back to her South Dakota roots, where they now live in a beautiful neighborhood and feel fortunate to be raising their daughter and son in South Dakota. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and working on turning their house into their forever home.
