Sandy Hensch

 As the Chief Firm Operating Officer, Sandy Hensch oversees internal operations and workflows, helps ensure quality compliance, and works closely with team members and optimizing collaboration to allow the firm to operate at the highest level to serve clients. Sandy is passionate about continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry practices. Sandy has a strong boutique law firm background and strong business acumen having helped manage and then oversaw as visual manager stores regionally before changing to the legal industry. Sandy also brings the invaluable experience of having worked directly with clients as the firm’s Executive Paralegal before transitioning to her business role at the firm, so she has a deep understanding of the high standards of excellence in work product and customer service that is needed to take care of clients.  

 She graduated with Honors from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics and Fashion Merchandising. She also earned an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Paralegal Studies with Distinction from National American University. She and her husband have two grown sons and live on an acreage outside of Sioux Falls.
